The PXS-710D is the 20/20 Imaging podiatry workhorse, built in the USA for foot and ankle radiography. High-frequency output (70 kV at 10 mA), 0.5 mm focal spot, 29-inch SID on AP/oblique and 36-inch SID on lateral, tilt head for AP/DP. Half the dose of a conventional podiatry generator, twice as efficient, UL and CUL listed. Qualifies for ADA tax-credit discussion with the practice’s accountant.
The tray is sized for a 10×12 foot exam. We spec Momentum DR 10×12 wireless (Konica Minolta cesium, capacitor charge, REALISM processing) most often. Universal DR 10×12 tethered, 10×13 wireless, or 14×17 are options when the doctor wants a different cassette. Symmetry-Sync carries the DPM toolset: hallux interphalangeus and abductus, first intermetatarsal, PASA, DASA, metatarsus adductus, total adductory angle, metatarsal parabola and protrusion, talo-calcaneal.
Low-profile 3.5-inch base, side or front rail access, integrated DR cable management in the base. Warranty on the unit is 5 years mechanical and 3 years tube and electrical. We install, train, and leave a technique starting point. Digital upgrades keep the generator you already own and put the detector and software in the tray.
