Terms
Terms of use
The public site and the records office are operated by X-Ray and Digital Services, LLC, doing business as Fix My X-Ray. Using them means you agree to these terms. They are a working notice for the website, not a substitute for a signed service agreement or for advice from your own counsel.
Service is confirmed by a person
A callback request is not an appointment. A page that describes coverage is not a promise that a technician is available that day. Emergency and after-hours work is scheduled by phone at 720-600-3117 and may require payment before the time is held. A service report is a record of work. It is not an invoice. An invoice is a separate document.
Accounts
Sign-in is for people who have been granted a role. Do not share a sign-in. Do not attempt to open another organization’s equipment, prices, or staff records. Customer self-signup is not open. A temporary request does not create a right to see the calendar or another customer’s history.
Equipment information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the location, model, and serial number you provide. Manufacturer names on the public site belong to their owners. A product page is not an offer to sell equipment we are not authorized to sell, and it is not a price book. Nothing on the site transfers ownership of a trademark or authorizes use of a manual that the manufacturer restricts.
Limits
The website is provided as available. A listing, a quote page, or a printed blank is not a warranty beyond the warranty stated on the quote or invoice you accept. Liability for a specific repair is defined by that job’s agreement, not by these website terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact joe@fixmyxray.com before relying on this page for a regulated filing.
Effective September 24, 2026.
